Villa Capponi is a historic residence on the outskirts of Florence that has been converted into 14 luxury apartments.
Studio Overberg worked with the digital agency Superwire to design a responsive brochure style website that gives a complete overview of the suites and amenities within the complex. The site acts as the central marketing tool for the agents selling the properties and allows them to give prospective buyers a real sense of what life at the villa will be like before making the trip to visit in person.
To help bring the new development to life online we commissioned a birds eye architectural illustration of the site that was then turned into an interactive map so that it was easy to see each distinct feature of the villa in context.
